Presque Isle Bassmasters Ultimate Angler

This will be a fishing league, where you are fishing one on one to win your match.  All anglers who are entered will pay a weekly fee, if you miss a week, you forfeit your match and owe for the week you missed.  Arrangements can be made, but both anglers and the TD have to agree on them. 

TEAMS

Teams are made up of one individual angler, no partners or extra anglers in the boat during the league unless both teams agree.

Weekly Entry

The weekly fee is $10 with the club getting $1 and the prize gets $9. 

We can do the Prize a few ways, top four, top 10 or everybody gets something.  1^st gets top pay and for each spot after less and less get paid.

Points System

The league works on a point system.  Each team can earn a certain number of points a night.

Win the match = 5

Loss the match = 3

Limit = 2

Lunker of the night of all the league = 4

Rules

All PIB rules are in effect

All boats have one angler or unless you do don’t have a boat, arrangements can be made

If you are a rider, you must fish from the back of the boat unless all parties agree that you can fish from the front deck.

This is a timed event; you will have three hours  for fishing.

There will be NO pre-fishing the day of the matches

Anyone caught fishing the day of matches there match will be forfeited and they will still have to pay the weekly fee.

Under size fish (dinks)  we result in a loss of fish and 1lbs penalty

Bring to many fish to the scales will cost your largest fish and 1 lbs

Being late will result in a 1 lbs per minute (Exp. Weigh-in is a 2:30 from 2:30 to 2:31 = 1 minute 2:31 to 2:32 = 2 minutes and so on)

Launching and weigh-in site is determined by schedule set up by TD
